Steve on this side (apparently known as “Steve the Chicago Manager” ) was just fantastic! Customs was slow, but he kept us informed, walked them after he received them, and even sent us pics. Then he delivered them to our hotel… Excellent service all around!
Now we can settle down with the entire family being reunited! 💕💐
