Our animals have settled in quickly and adapting to the new climate and lifestyle except for the cat who just wants to explore and wander! Their trip was uneventful and besides being exhausted you would never have said that they endured 27 hours of travel door to door. Well done to you and your team excellent service and so helpful.
Please also thank Jacques for us he was simply amazing on the day and so patient and tolerant of all the multitude of questions and stresses – An absolute superstar!
