There are not enough words to say thank you for ensuring our precious babies made it safely to NZ. Although they are in quarantine they arrived on time and in one peace in NZ as planned.
You were efficient, meticulous, organized and made sure you communicated with me all the time. You kept me up to date and so effortlessly made sure it all happened!
