Dear Elsabe, Nadine and the entire Global Paws team,
Words cannot describe my appreciation for what you have done for us. Elvis arrived safely in Portugal and is slowly settling into his new surroundings. It was a very long journey for him, but I can see that he is extremely happy to finally be reunited with his human family again.
It has been quite an expedition for Mister Cat from Knysna to Cape Town, Cape Town to Amsterdam, Amsterdam to Lisbon and finally from Lisbon to Serra-Tomar. I am pretty sure the highlight of his trip was his stayover in the luxury Pet Hotel in Amsterdam. Elvis has had the adventure of a lifetime.
Thank you very much for taking care of all the travel and accommodation arrangements at very short notice for the relocation of our four legged family member. Without you guys taking care of all the paperwork, vet certificates, inoculations and the intricate travel arrangements I would have not have coped during this stressful relocation period.
Thank you for relieving my anxiety by answering all my questions when I called and the prompt responses I received from all my emails and Whats app messages. You have no idea how incredibly
reassuring it was to know there were a group of caring and loving people at Global Paws who I could reach out to when my concerns about Elvis and his long journey to Portugal got the better of me. You guys truly care about the wellbeing of your clients and their much-loved pets. That’s just awesome. Well done!!!
I did a lot of research before I decided to approached Global Paws to relocate Elvis and I can in all honesty say: “You, and your international partner in Portugal, are the best!!! You are truly on top of your game”.
In my book, Global Paws is highly recommended as the first choice for international pet relocation
services. I would not trust my pet with any other company.
