Nigel and I would like to say a very big ‘THANK YOU’ for all you did to make Jess’s trip to the UK as smooth as it was. We collected our Jess yesterday from the Animal Reception Centre at Heathrow and were delighted when she came through, very excited to see us and looking like nothing had happened. It was all down to your thorough organisation and brilliant customer service.
What a lovely ‘touch’ when Trevor whatsapped me a special ‘Global Paws’ video clip of Jess in her crate, ‘going home’ to London, after he’d collected her from my home. … we were absolutely delighted with it and it helped put a smile on my face after feeling a bit anxious about having sent her out into the big wide world. We knew then that she would be in very safe hands. It’s gone viral as I posted it on my Facebook page to all my friends as well as the Golden Retriever Lovers FB group I belong to. I’ve had many happy comments about it.
Many thanks again for all you did to help us get Jess ready to come with us.
We’re thrilled to all be together again… safely in the UK.
