The kitties, (Ying, Yang & Hercules) made it home safe and it was a pleasure meeting and dealing with Pieter at the cargo section at Cape Town International on collection. We basically did not have to stress about anything as all the paper work etc. was taken care by yourselves.
Right from the start when I called Global Paws and spoke with Nadine I got a good feeling about your company as Nadine was so open, approachable and answered all my telephonic queries. I was also very impressed when we met at your business premises as you both were so friendly and full of expert advice which put my mind at ease.
