Harry

Dear Marlene,

Harry is so settled now and very relaxed, he has been exploring and enjoying the garden.

“We recently used Global Paws to move our cat Harry from Botswana to South of France.  As this was an epic journey we needed to have the best people and Global Paws were certainly that.  From my first email I had speedy and concise feedback from Jackie, once we proceeded to make a booking and were allocated to our consultant Marlene this relationship continued and I can’t recommend Marlene highly enough.  Harry was collected in Gaborone for his road trip to South Africa by a wonderfully kind chap called JP and settled into the cattery at Global Paws for his 5 day stay very quickly, reassuring photos of him were provided.

All export paperwork including Government Vets checks were done by Global Paws, transfer to J’burg airport for his Lufthansa flight and again constant contact with me and photos to assure us Harry was doing well.

Global Paws also dealt with booking Goldenway, the company who accepted and transported Harry once he arrived in Charles deGaulle.  Marlene monitored Harry’s progress every step of the way from Gaborone through his flights to Frankfurt, Paris and Toulouse before he came by road for the final leg to a rapturous welcome from us.

He has now settled in to his life in France, a big garden to prowl, and seems unaffected by his long trek to get to us, cats are very adaptable.

I just cannot thank everyone at Global Paws enough but a particular mention to Marlene, JP and Jackie, they took the stress from what was a very worrying  experience, moving an almost 17 year old cat such a long way, and we had confidence in them every step of the way, one rarely these days finds such efficiency but more importantly kindness.”
