Your Durban agent was also absolutely perfect. My mom is probably worse than me when it comes to her animals so when the agent came through on Saturday and went inside, had a cup of coffee and spoke to my mom and dad about their fur kids too, she was over the moon and really impressed by his love for animals. With my mom, her cat is very very temperamental and high strung but super lovable, because we raved so much about you she wanting to be in contact with you.
